Dianne Walker
Executive Management

Dianne Walker, Chief Executive Officer of the Human Resource Division for MaJa Creative Resources has 13 years of experience in payroll and human resources. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in Communications, including course work in accounting and business law.

Ms. Walker began her career as a Retail Manager in such organizations as T.J. Maxx and the Van Heusen Outlets in New Jersey . In 1994, Ms. Walker joined Paychex, a national payroll provider for small and medium size businesses as a Payroll Specialist. She was quickly promoted through the ranks to Senior Payroll Specialist then to Client Service Supervisor within two years. As a Client Service Supervisor, Dianne managed a variety of different departments including; Taxpay Services, Paychex On-Line Services and Paylink. As a supervisor in Paychex On-line Services the client base increased from 300 to 7000 clients within a 2 year period. Dianne was responsible for changing the training structure from one client per hour to an on-line training program through Web-Ex. This allowed multiple clients to be trained in a single session. Paychex On-line services continues to utilize the training program. Dianne also served as Branch Recruiter in both the Fairfax , VA and Rochester , NY offices.

Dianne has been Human Resource Manager of the Prince William Public Library System since 2005, managing Human Resources, Payroll and the Volunteer Office. The library system retains 300 employees in 11 different locations. There are also 300 volunteers which increases to 600 during the summer months. While HR Manager for the PWPLS, Dianne has served on various County committees including the task force to improve the County's payroll system. She also serves as a DRIVE trainer responsible for training the County's 4000 employees on the new pay for performance system.

Ms. Walker also serves as Board member and National Chairperson for the General Resources Committee for The Women Network.

In addition to her work, Ms. Walker has also served the schools in her district. She has served as PTA President and Treasurer of the Minnieville Elementary School PTA; President of the Beville Middle School PTSO: and District Treasurer for the Hunt District. In 2005, Dianne was recommended by the school board to serve on a task force researching school safety. The task force was charged with making recommendations to the Superintendent of schools regarding school safety.

In 2006, MaJa Creative Resources began offering event planning and virtual assistant services. In an effort to help make small business owners competitive in the market place, the Human Resources Division was launched in early 2007. Ms. Walker's role as CEO of the Human Resources Division is to ensure quality services to MaJa's small business clients.
