Board Member Biographies



Latosha W. Frink, Managing Director of The Frink Group, is a rising star in the professional sector on business development and life skills development for youth empowerment. She brings passion and dedication to each client’s business as if it was her own and to very rising student transforming into a young professional. She leverages years of experience in public speaking, youth empowerment, business development, marketing and technology experience in the private, public, educational and non-profit sectors.

Latosha W. Frink received her Masters in Systems Management and Bachelors in Applied Math & Statistics from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook in Stony Brook, NY. Her passion lies in championing our youth in preparation for the real world with real rules. Through interactive activities accentuating personal and professional preparation, The Frink Group aims to prepare the youth for higher education and workforce success. As an alumnus of S.U.N.Y Stony Brook, Clara Barton H.S (Bklyn, NY), former AMP/CSTEP student, – Ms. Frink draws on her academic, collegiate leadership experience, and community experience to reach a new generation of leaders.

As the Founder of the Women Network, she shares the vision to galvanize and inspire all women to love and learn from each other while enabling them to aspire to maximum. Born and raised in Brooklyn , NY , she has seen the human injustice against communities of color and the beauty of community power to advocate for their rights. Ms. Frink's passion lies in enabling and empowering people through education to overcome human injustices.
