In accepting this pledge, you've become a part of a network and family of phenomenal people working towards uniting and uplifting women of color, their families, and communities.

I pledge to make the world a better place, one woman at a time.

I pledge to embrace a passionate dedication to increase opportunities for women of color.

I pledge to model and promote honesty, integrity and the highest professional and ethical standards in the advancement of women of color.

I pledge to treat each woman I meet as my extended sister.

I pledge to share what I know with other women for our mutual growth.

I pledge to share my light to encourage other women to be the best they can be.

I pledge to take time out for myself in order to become a better mother, aunt, sister, daughter, friend and to ask for help if I need it.

I pledge to support women-owned businesses and to share the fruit of my success with other women.

I pledge to share time, talent and treasure with others for the betterment of women everywhere.

I pledge to educate myself so that I can make sound financial, educational and health decisions.

I pledge to love myself even when I'm not feeling lovable.

I pledge to see each woman I meet as a compliment and not competition because we're each born with our unique talents and gifts.
