Greetings ladies and welcome to G.L.O. The Women Network's Online Forum. My name is Lorraine Barrett and it is my pleasure to be your Director. As the Director, my job is to listen to the needs of women everywhere and facilitate conversation and sharing of life transforming information. G.L.O. was created to inspire, inform and most of all, support women on their journey towards wellness, education, happiness, financial security and peace in their lives. It is when we find balance in all these areas of our lives, we are truly able to grow and GLOW.

G.L.O. was designed to inform and support new ways of living, and coping with our ever changing lives. You'll be privy to eye opening articles, recipes, invitations to events and When I asked Latosha Frink, the Co-Founder of Women Network, what she hoped women would get out of G.L.O. she responded “I want G.L.O.to becomes a village of information exchange and empowerment where we learn, inspire and motivate each other . ” She and I are exactly on the same page. May G.LO. energize and excites us, give us food for thought, renew our spirits, support new exercise and eating habits. We can do so much especially with the help of a few great women friends.

G.L.O. covers five key areas, these areas are the backbone of The Women Network:

•  Healthy Me - Concentrates on good health, exercise and wellness, along with issues that affect us all such as parenting, sex, self esteem, stress relief, body consciousness and much more

•  Peep Your Political Power – provides vital information on new laws that affect you and your family along with programs you may not know about that you could be taking advantage of right now.

•  Educate a Woman, Educate a Nation ” - Ever thought of taking a class, going back to school or need information on educating your children? Well wait no longer

•  Phoenix Program which was designed as the charitable arm of The Women Network. Designed to provide gifts of time and talents and treasure to those in need,
