Established in 1990, Karen Mack Management Consultants, LLC (KMMC) began as a personal image consulting service. The business has since evolved into a communication/professional development training and facilitation service. Based in Washington, D.C., KMMC operates as a Limited Liability Company; Karen Mack is president and primary consultant. This organization develops and delivers a variety of Core Competencies/Soft-Skills training topics that relate to Communication, Team Development, Leadership and Behavioral Management. Customized training formats range from periodic half-day workshops to ongoing developmental programs. In 1998 personal coaching services were added to enhance training outcomes. Meeting facilitation became an integral part of the business in 2000; company retreats and government partnering sessions are examples of meeting facilitation services.
