Spiritual Essence Yoga was created in 2003 and is located in beautiful Upper Marlboro, Maryland.  We offer yoga and creative movement classes for all ages and abilities.  We believe that good health begins in the mind and our classes offer a way to reconnect to “source”.

Our mission at Spiritual Essence Yoga is to show you the wonderful transformational qualities of practicing yoga and exploring creative movement in a gentle yet challenging, non-competitive, "user-friendly" way!  Yoga helps maintain general health and well-being, and the benefits are far more than physical.  We are also dedicated to helping you take that necessary time-out to relax, rejuvenate and release with our new Holistic Wellness therapies.
